In my 60-minute one-time Sleep Basics Education Class, we will go through some common causes of bad sleeping habits, as well as how to approach resolving these issues. By focusing on holistic methods, I hope to provide you with the knowledge and tactics to increase the amount of sleep you get each night and in turn improve your overall mental and physical well-being.
