Group Therapy

Group therapy brings together a small group of people who are facing similar challenges—such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, stress, or life transitions—to share, connect, and grow with the support of a trained therapist. In this setting, you can gain new insights, learn coping strategies, and realize you're not alone in what you're going through.

The therapist helps guide the conversation, ensures the space feels safe and respectful, and may introduce tools or exercises to promote reflection and skill-building. Many people find group therapy to be a powerful way to build self-awareness, practice communication, and experience a sense of belonging and validation.

You don’t have to talk before you're ready, and confidentiality is always respected. Group therapy can be a meaningful complement to individual therapy or a powerful stand-alone experience.
